• Shipping: Currently, we do not offer direct shipping through our website. Shipping services are provided via Printify Vendors (third-party vendors). Once shipping becomes available, we will require 3-5 business days for order processing and an additional 3-5 business days for shipping. Most products will be delivered within 5-10 business days.

• Delivery: Digital products are available for online download only.

 

5. Liabilities, Guarantees, and Warranties

• Refunds: Refunds are available within seven (7) days for services. Full refunds are issued within 24 hours and decrease to 25% by the seventh day.

• Refunds are not offered for digital products.

To qualify for a refund, products under Mia’s Custom Creations must be unworn and have original tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling returns costs.
